We partner with experienced, self-employed cleaners who already have their own clients and are happy to take on some additional regular work.
Whether you’re looking to add a few hours between current clients, prefer working during school hours, or want steady ongoing work, this opportunity is designed to fit around you. You choose your own hours and your hourly rate, and you’re paid directly by the client on the day.
All cleaning products and equipment are provided by the client, and our office team takes care of the admin, marketing and client communication. We’re here to support you every step of the way and can also arrange holiday cover when needed.
We focus on building long-term working relationships, providing regular domestic clients and ongoing support, so you can concentrate on your cleaning without having to worry about admin or finding work.

Your Pay & Support, Explained
You’re paid your full agreed hourly rate for every clean you complete.
We don’t take a percentage or make deductions from your pay.
Separately, the client pays a quarterly service fee, which allows us to provide:
✔️ Reliable Cover – Replacement cleaners arranged if you’re unavailable
✔️ Comprehensive Insurance – Public liability and accidental damage cover included
✔️ Ongoing Support – Friendly, responsive backup from the Green Tree Home Cleaning office team
This setup means you’re paid fairly, supported properly, and never left on your own.
