Your pay and support, explained.
What you get paid
You are paid your full agreed hourly rate for every clean you complete — paid directly by the client on the day. We do not take a percentage or make any deductions from your pay.
We pay a competitive rate based on what you currently charge. We will talk it through with you properly — no vague promises, no surprises once you start.
Start with one or two clients and see how it feels. No obligation to take on more than suits you.
What the client fee covers
Separately, the client pays a quarterly service fee to Green Tree. This is what allows us to provide everything that supports you:
Reliable cover — replacement cleaners arranged if you are ever unavailable
Comprehensive insurance — public liability and accidental damage cover included
Ongoing support — friendly, responsive backup from our office team whenever you need it
You are paid fairly, supported properly, and never left on your own.
