How can I cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment if I’m sick or have something unexpected come up?

When you become a part of our team, you’ll receive a welcome bag and we’ll also share a list of your duties. This list explains what to do if you need to take time off or cancel a cleaning appointment.

Naturally, if you can’t make a scheduled cleaning because you’re sick or away, you should let your client know first and see if you can find another time to clean. This way, you keep getting paid regularly, and the cleaning routine stays consistent.

If rescheduling isn’t possible, please ask your client to get in touch with our office by calling or texting, and we’ll be ready to assist.
