You have the option to pay your cleaner through either online transfer or cash payment on the day of the cleaning service. If you require a receipt, your cleaner can provide one for you.
As for our Business and Management Fee, it is collected on a quarterly basis in advance via direct debit to ensure that the necessary insurance coverage is in effect for the cleaning services. Direct Debit payments come with a guarantee, so you’re automatically protected.
