Remember to report the damage to the client and be sure to get the name of the person you informed.
Make a note of the date and time when the accident occurred.
Snap a photo of the damage, which is highly helpful as we can share it with the insurance company.
Jot down a brief description of what happened and email it to us.
Afterwards, we’ll reach out to you and the client to provide a more detailed account of the incident.
