All applicants must show a photo ID as part of our identity checks. This is important for client security and insurance reasons. Acceptable forms include a valid passport, driving licence, or a PASS proof-of-age card.
If you don’t have one of these, we can accept a certified birth certificate plus recent proof of address and a police check.
